What is the Professional Development Assistance Program (PDAP)?
PDAP provides support to all active, regular U.S. based employees who pursue higher education in fields that benefit both the individual and the company. Under this policy, eligible employees may receive reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year for approved coursework leading to degrees or certificates. Click here to read the PDAP policy. What is Sempra / EdAssist?
Sempra has partnered with EdAssist to administer the PDAP program. The EdAssist portal serves as a centralized resource where employees can request course approvals and submit documentation for reimbursement.
